Keep Your Dreams Alive

September 28th the Brazos Valley Regional Advisory Council brought Sean Carter & his mother, Jenny Carter, to the region to speak at area high schools.  Sean suffered a traumatic brain injury after making the decision to ride with a friend who had been drinking.  Waking up 39 days later, Sean's transformation would begin & his new journey was underway.  To learn more about this magnificient young man & his impact on our children in Texas visit www.whenseanspeaks.com.  Here is a link from KBTX when Sean spoke at Caldwell I.S.D.

Hi Jeanie and Sean. I would like ya'll to know you have touched me so much with your story! I use to be one of those people who thought nothing would ever happen to me or anyone I knew, but in the past year I have lost a best guy friend because of drugs and 4 other friends because of alcohol. People do not realize things really do happen and it could be to them. My friends & I were talking and I overheard conversations after the assembly with ya'll and noticed other people truly wanting to change their ways and saw just how much of an impact ya'll have left. Sean, you are an angel! I know things may be hard for the both of you at times but keep ya'lls head up. God loves you and I do believe God has sent ya'll to help people. I want to thank ya'll so much. No words can describe! Well take care and god bless!
